Once a course has been purchased and you have been granted access to the online learning platform, the enrollment is considered final. Due to the immediate and complete access to all course materials and proprietary information, we do not permit course cancellations.
2. No Refund Policy
We operate a strict no-refund policy for all course purchases. This policy is based on the following principles:
- Instant Access to Digital Goods: Upon successful payment, you receive immediate and unrestricted access to all course content, including video lectures, lab exercises, and proprietary documents. The value of this intellectual property is delivered in full at the moment of purchase.

3. Technical Issues and Exceptions
The only exception to our no-refund policy is a verified technical issue on our part that prevents you from accessing the course content.
- Reporting Period: You must report any technical issues to our support team within 48 hours of your purchase.
- Resolution: Our team will make all reasonable efforts to resolve the issue within a timeframe of 5 business days.
- Case-by-Case Consideration: If we are unable to resolve the technical issue within this period, a refund may be considered on a case-by-case basis and the refund will be processed to the original payment method in 5-7 business days.
