1. Course Purchase and Payment

1.1 Course Fee: The fee for the GCP Certification course will be communicated on the respective course page. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of all applicable taxes.

1.2 Payment Options: We accept payments via Razorpay. You may pay the full amount or opt for one of the available EMI options offered by our payment partners. All EMI options are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective banks or financial institutions.

1.3 Full Payment Required: Regardless of the payment method chosen, your enrollment is conditional upon our receipt of the full course fee. For EMI transactions, Razorpay ensures that the full amount is credited to us instantly, and you are responsible for your monthly payments to the lending institution.

2. Access to Course Content

2.1 Instant Access: Upon successful payment, you will receive immediate and full access to all course materials, including video lectures, PDFs, labs, and assignments. Your login credentials will be sent to the email address provided during enrollment.

2.2 Non-transferable Access: Your access to the course content is for your personal, non-commercial use only. Sharing your login credentials, or any part of the course content, is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate termination of your access without a refund.

3. No Refund and Cancellation Policy

3.1 Strict No-Refund Policy: Due to the nature of our digital product, once you have paid the course fee and received full access to the complete course materials, we strictly do not offer refunds or cancellations.

3.2 Basis for No Refund: This policy is in effect because:

• Instant Full Access: You receive complete, immediate access to all proprietary course content upon payment.
• Proprietary Information: Our course materials contain valuable intellectual property and trade secrets. Once this information is accessed, its value is consumed.

3.3 Exceptions: The only exception to this policy is a verified technical issue on our part that prevents you from accessing the course content. Such issues must be reported to our support team within 48 hours of your purchase. We will make every effort to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe. If we fail to resolve the issue, a refund will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

4. Intellectual Property

4.1 Ownership: All content on our website and within our courses, including text, graphics, logos, videos, and software, is the property of PRAGYASHAL CLOUD Solutions and is protected by Indian and international copyright laws.

4.2 License: By purchasing a course, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view the course content for your personal use. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the course materials without our express written permission.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

5.1 No Guarantees: While we strive to provide high-quality education, we do not guarantee that our course will lead to a specific job or result. The outcome of the certification exam depends solely on the student's effort and dedication.

5.2 "As Is" Basis: All courses are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind.

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1 Extent of Liability: In no event shall PRAGYASHAL CLOUD Solutions be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

6.2 Maximum Liability: Our total liability to you for any and all claims related to your use of our services is limited to the amount you paid for the course.

7. Dispute Resolution

7.1 Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
